One of the weapons Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 725 shotgun gets nerf in the latest game update. But there is a strange thing, usually weapons will experience a decrease in performance when getting nerf. But not for 725, this weapon is actually rated much better after being nerfed.

Since its release last month, this shotgun has become a mainstay for many players. There is even a strange thing about this weapon, a shotgun type weapon can be used to shoot at long distances like a sniper.

This makes Infinity Ward make some balance changes and has been applied to the latest patch. However, 725 shotgun instead it is considered to get a buff instead of a nert.

In Youtube videos, content creator TheXclusiveAce tested 725 after getting nert from Infinity Ward. The developer claims to have reduced the sight of weapons rated as snipers. In the video, the Youtuber shows that the pellet spread when aiming is tightened.

This actually improves aiming where the player can kill the opponent with a single shot. The 725 shotgun isn’t the only update added. Changes were also made to the 725, M4, and several other weapons. but most of the important changes are in the general game.

In the latest update, it includes stability improvements so the game doesn’t crash as easily as some players do. Most importantly, adjustments to the way the game handles the sound of footsteps. Now, the sound of footsteps is more pronounced when bending over, looking down, or moving slowly.

However, some issues still arise in Modern Warfare. A reddit post found that the in-game hitbox failed to register properly. Infinity Ward Haven’t officially commented on this issue yet, but continue to make improvements to the game.
