Retail in Canada leaks PS5 price and launch date
Until now, we have received information about the complete specifications of the PlayStation 5, Sony’s Next-gen console. In addition, many features were introduced in the presentation last month. Just a few more things we don’t know yet, namely the launch date and the price tag for this console.

The PS5 is one of the most anticipated this year. Since it was announced in April 2022, it is still unknown how the official design of this console will be. We only know the PS5 has a very similar logo to its predecessors.
There have been a lot of leaks in the last few months for the PS5 and one of the latest to come from retail stores in Canada. As we said above, a store called Play N Trade Vancouver has included the PS5 in the list of items that can be pre-ordered.
From there we know that this new console is priced at $397 or equivalent to Rp. 6.6 million. They also specifically wrote that this console could ship in the last quarter of 2022, which means from October to December.
This release date is indeed in line with what Sony says, but the price range is far different from what other leaks from the Danish retailer have revealed. In previous rumors, the PS5 has an unreasonable price. They write down the figure of $ 1,043 or more than Rp. 17 million, which is more than double the price of the PS4 when it was first released.
Have to Wait for Sony’s Confirmation
Although the leaks that are present look convincing, we certainly have to wait for Sony’s confirmation first to find out whether these leaks are true or not.
