Spidey leaves the MCU, fans call for a PS4 boycott
Drama on the big screen has a big impact on the game world. The reason is, some fans are annoyed that Sony can’t reach a middle ground with Disney to continue to bring up the Spider-Man character in the MCU films.
As a result of the conflict between Sony and Disney, many fans were furious. Because Spider-Man is definitely out of the MCU universe (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
