This week, Valve released a list of the best-selling games on Steam in 2022. In addition, Steam also provides alternative categories which include the newly released Best Games, Top Selling VR games, Top Early Access, and most played games.
Steam is a gaming platform that doesn’t need to be introduced anymore, all gamers must already know about this one platform. Steam being one of the largest digital game distribution services in the world, many games have been introduced on this platform.
Currently, Steam is holding a massive game discount through events Steam Winter Sale. This event is perfect for those of you who want to hunt for games at a lower price, this sale is ongoing and will end on January 2nd.
Apart from that, Steam has also shared a list of the best-selling games of 2022 on the platform. You can see these games below.

There is an interesting thing from the list of best sellers, namely a few games released in 2022 that are included in the list. In fact, only two games released in 2022 are featured on this list namely Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Total War: Three Kingdoms.
Not to mention the fact that some of the games on this list, like Grand Theft Auto 5 are over six years old. PC-only games, like Dota 2 are still hugely popular games on Steam, and it makes perfect sense for them to be on Steam’s Best Seller list.
