Assassin's Creed Origins Free to Play Weekend!

A month ago, Ubisoft has confirmed that a new installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise will be released later this year. The series is entitled Assassin’s Creed Valhalla with a viking theme, where this series will also be present on the next generation of consoles, namely PS5 and Xbox Series X. After announcing the good news a few months ago, now there is another exciting news for fans.

Ubisoft as the developer of the Assassin’s Creed franchise announced that the game weekend Assassin’s Creed Origins 2022 can be played for free. For those of you who are interested in trying this game, you can play it via Uplay with a time limit from June 19 to June 21.

Free-to-Play on Weekends To Welcome New Series

This is one way to welcome the newest series, for those of you who haven’t tried it, don’t miss this opportunity. Origins is an RPG-style Assassin’s Creed game set in ancient Egypt, where Bayek of Shiva started the founding of the Assassin Brotherhood. The game also got three major DLC expansions prior to the release of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey in late 2022.

While waiting for time to play for free, you can pre-load the game now via Uplay. All data created when playing the game Assassin’s Creed Origins for free can be forwarded when you buy the game on June 21 and above. The developer provides this offer to prepare players before playing the latest game series from Assassin’s Creed later.

Previous Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Has Also Offered Free to Play

In its 2022-20 earnings report, Ubisoft announced that Assassin’s Creed Origins has sold more than 10 million units on consoles. The game has entered a list of 11 games that sold over 10 million units and includes Assassin’s Creed Unity and Odyssey, Far Cry 5, and Watch Dogs. Origin does have a lot of players, and this weekend there may be more players.
