Esports is Official at SEA Games 2022, With 6 Games Competing
Esports had time to conduct a trial match in Asian Games 2022 which was held in our country, the match went smoothly and successfully even though the medals won were not counted in the medal tally table.
There are already quite a lot of fans, and Esports has also become increasingly popular as a sport. It’s turn time SEA Games 2022 which will be held in the Philippines for its first official match.

The announcement about the entry of Esports to the Event will be notified directly from the Organizer SEA Games 2022 via Facebook account. The match will be sponsored by a well-known gaming product company, namely Razer.
The esports will compete for 6 gold medals. Divided into 3 major groups, namely two medals for Game Consoletwo medals for PC Gamesand two medal fights for games on the platform mobile.
One of the 6 competitive games that are contested is a game Mobile Legends: Bang Banggame genre MOBA which is quite popular in Southeast Asia. The remaining five games have not been publicly announced as of yet.
SEA Games will be held in the Philippines on the 30th November 2022 and followed by various countries in the Southeast Asian region. In addition, there will be a qualifying round for the esports branch which will be competed separately and will fight for the position towards SEA Games 2022.
