Escape From Tarkov offer experience hardcore survival which is stressful. When raiding, you have to pay attention to food, drink and health bar of each part of your body.
If you use too much scope while squatting, then you will be tired. If you don’t eat or drink, aim will not be stable. Then when you are shot, you must first see which part was shot and the extent of the wound. Treatment moment bleedingbroken bones, and just a regular shot were definitely different.
