The chronology of the scandal is as follows: Yuka Suzuki is known to have lived with the man with the initials SY in his girlfriend’s apartment since mid-2022. SY is the producer of the female vocal group 81Moment, Yukarin was a member before joining AKB48.
The beginning of the Suzuki Yuka case was uncovered when he was waiting for his girlfriend last week at the station near his residence. Yukarin was picked up by SY who came in a black car.
Suzuki Yuka then got off right in front of her residence and entered her room first. The car that SY was driving was looking for a spot for parking before this guy finally entered the apartment in question with Yukarin.
The two of them, both Suzuki Yuka and SY spent the night in the same apartment room. The two of them only looked out of place after 19 hours had passed. Unfortunately, this wasn’t Yukarin’s first date.
At the end of March 2022, after holding the Stage Play Majimuri Gakuen exhibition, he was not observed getting off at the same station. Instead, take a taxi to the Ikebukuro area to get into a hotel with a different man.
After spending the night with the different man, 14 hours later, Yukarin left first to avoid being watched by reporters. Followed by the man who had a date with him 1 hour later also just came out of there.
When interviewed, SY admitted that he was in a romantic relationship and was living semi-permanently with Suzuki Yuka. But SY said he was dating another woman who is also a member of an idol group from Tokyo.
There has been no official statement from management regarding the Suzuki Yuka AKB48 Team 8 scandal, this has indeed tarnished the good name of the group as a whole. Even though SY has admitted that he has been dating Yukarin since last year.
