Who is ITZY’s Shin Ryujin’s Ex-Girlfriend? The popularity of the K-Pop girl group ITZY is indeed increasing significantly, since the debut of the group under the auspices of JYP Entertainment, it has brought a stir in the South Korean music scene.

He was invited for an interview and confirmation regarding the issue that originally started from the social media Instagram. The 26-year-old man with the initials LYD is an ordinary citizen, not a celebrity.
LYD admitted that he was in a relationship for two years until the end of 2022, at which time Ryujin was still a trainee and had not yet debuted with ITZY.
According to his confession, Ryujin’s ex-boyfriend said that his girlfriend wanted to end their romantic relationship because Ryujin wanted to focus on developing dancing & singing talents.
But not staying silent, LYD thought there was a third person behind his love story. “His (Ryujin) circle of friends is already different, I think that he is interested in other guys who have popularity.” he said.
The chronology of events began when LYD uploaded his photos with Shin Ryujin when they were still dating, the Insta Story upload then got a reaction from the ITZY fanbase on Instagram.
However, LYD said that it did not intend to spread it to the public. He just wanted to reminisce because he missed the moment with Ryujin.
Getting scathing comments and constant criticism made LYD temporarily close his Instagram account, he was then invited to a radio station to straighten out the truth.
“I don’t hate him, I still love him. Uploading photos on Insta Stories is a way for me to reminisce about him. I don’t know why these posts can be reached by K-Pop fans.” added POI.
He also asked netizens to stop talking about it. “It’s no longer relevant, feel free to talk about their new single. Now everything is clear and I don’t think there’s any need to worry about it anymore.” said LYD.
A number of Korean netizens, especially ITZY fans on various forums, are still surprised by this news. Therefore, they urged LYD to clarify the photo with Ryujin.
