As part of the Rise of Kingdoms anniversary celebration, Lilith organized an event The Metropolitan Fair – City Layout, and the prizes were very tempting. For those of you who like to beautify the layout of the city this is great.

This contest relies solely on the creativity of how players arrange the layout of buildings and decorations in their city. The rewards given are decent if you are F2P and Low Spender at Rise of Kingdoms.

If you want to participate, just log in to the game, in the top right corner there is the Rise of Kingdoms RoK Anniversary Edition logo. Then select Metropolitan Fair to enter the in-game forum.

How to Participate & Game Rules

All players from various kingdom servers in Rise of Kingdoms can enter the city decoration contest. If you are confident in your RoK account’s urban layout design, you can really participate.

There is also a very easy way:

1. Enter the city layout edit mode City Editing (City Editing) hammer logo in game.

2. Then select City Editor City to enter editing mode.

3. Select Screenshot Mode (Screenshot Mode) to capture your city design.

4. Don’t take screenshots if it’s not tidy and the city arrangement is complete.

The city layout contest is divided into four phases, and the prizes for this event are as follows:

Submission Phase = From 19 September 2022 00:00 UTC to 25 September 2022 at 23:59 UTC.

Voting Phase = 26 September 2022 00:00 UTC to 28 September 2022 23:59 UTC.

Round-up Phase = 29 September 2022 to 30 September 2022.

Display Phase = October 1, 2022 to October 2, 2022 23:59 UTC.

Rise of Kingdoms City Planning Contest Prizes

For rewards or prizes, they are divided into several levels or Tiers, including the following:

  • Tier S: 5000 Gems, Speedup 3 Hours x 20, Speedup 60 Mins x 50, Level 7 Tome of Knowledge x 25.
  • Tier A: 3000 Gems, Speedup 3 Hours x 15, Speedup 60 Mins x 30, Level 7 Tome of Knowledge x 25.
  • Tier B: 1000 Gems, Speedup 8 Hours x 3 items, Speedup 1 Hour x 20, Lvl 7 Tome of Knowledge x 15.
  • Tier C: 500 Gems, 3 Hours Speedup x 3, 60 Mins Speedup x 10, Lv 7 Tome of Knowledge x 8.
  • Tier D: 200 Gems, 3 Hours Speedup x 3, 60 Mins Speedup x 8, Level 7 Tome of Knowledge EXP x 5.

Please participate, my friend can really see other people’s urban planning designs as inspiration but not exactly the same. Because the submission or submission phase is until September 25, there is still enough time to design your city decorations.

In my personal opinion, this contest relies a little on the popularity of a governor/player. Imagine if the layout of the city is messy, but because the player is quite famous & has a large number of fans, many who vote can automatically win.
