Hi friends, as I explained above, if Hanabi will be one of the marksman who is very Over Power aka too strong, this can have an impact on Tier Epic and Above which will definitely Ban Hero heroes with crazy abilities aka OP.
But it’s not impossible, Hanabi can be used to rank in the Epic tier and above. for lovers of marksman hero Hanabi itself has become an obligation to collect it.
Hanabi’s Deplesant Iris skin itself is very cool, in addition to being different from the default skin, Hanabi also carries a bow tie like Orochimaru’s and Sasuke’s behind it. This skin adds to the Hero’s stat in the form of Attack +8.
Hanabi’s Passive Skill: (Ninjutsu Equinox) Scarlet Shadow’s secret technique. When Hanabi’s Life (Hp) is full, 50% of the HP Lifesteal received will be converted into a Protector that can withstand up to 20% of her Maximum HP. When this Shield is active, Hanabi will be Immune to any Crowd Control (CC) effects.
First Skill (Ninjutsu: Petal Barage) with a Cooldown of only 0.5 seconds with Mana Consumption of only 20 Hanabi will release a Flower Demon (red: Devil Flower) that is Sealed in Higanbana, Fires a Petal Blade at his opponent. After each Basic Attack, a new moment will appear and deal Physical Damage to the opponent.
The passive of Hanabi’s first Skill will get 7% Lifesteal which can be increased by 3% each time the Skill Level increases.
Second Skill (Ninjutsu: Soul Scroll) With Cooldown for 12 Seconds and Consumes 35 Manabi will Throw a Scroll which is attached to the Kunai and contains Energy Demonic Flower to specified direction. This skill will deal 300~500 (+80% Total of basic attack) Physical Attack to enemies that are attacked in a straight line from hanabi and slow down the opponent’s movement speed by 60% for 2 seconds. Hanabi will regain 140~240 Mana every time a hero is hit by the Kunai that was thrown earlier (This Mana Regen Effect decreases when hitting multiple heroes at once).
Ultimate Skill (Forbidden Jutsu: Higanbana) with Cooldown For 40 seconds with Mana consumption as much as 120, When we look at the leaves, we will not be able to see the flowers. When we see flowers, we will not see leaves and when flowers bloom the leaves will wither, at that time Hanabi managed to break the seal from Higanbana and release it towards the opponent. After this ultimate skill hits the opponent, Higanbana will bloom and will give 400 (+100% Total Physical Attack) Fiaik Damage and will stunt the opponent for 2 seconds, then will spread to the nearest opponent. After a few seconds, and the opponent is still within the range of Higanbana’s ultimate skill, a new flower will appear, dealing damage and the same stunt effect. The spreading flower effect will only work once on each hero.
