Netflix Shares Latest Update Of One Piece Live-Action Series

Netflix has just shared the latest update on the making of the live-action One Piece series. Several sets that will be used in the series were also shown, which made the fans impatient to watch them.

As we both know, Netflix and Steve Maeda are working together on the One Piece live-action series. This collaboration was also welcomed by loyal One Piece fans.

The Latest Update on Making One Piece Live-Action Series Shared by Netflix

Recently, Twitter account @onepiecenetflix posted a short video that shows behind the scenes of the making of the Netflix live-action series. In the video, Inaki Godoy is seen with Steve Maeda and Matt Owens.

“As you can see, we are in South Africa to bring One Piece to life,” Inaki Godoy said in the video.

“We wanted to show you the set from this massive One Piece live action film. As a manga fan, I am very happy to bring the world of Oda’s creations from manga to reality,” continued Steve Maeda.

Then, the video shows how the concept art they will use to build Miss Love Duck, Going Merry, and Baratie. Not to forget, Netflix also shows the process of developing Baratie in South Africa.

Matt Owens, as the showrunner for the live-action One Piece, said that there was a lot of drama during the construction of the Baratie.

“There’s a lot of drama going on there, there’s a lot of action going on there. So, we have to get it right,” said Matt Owens.

So far there has been no further news when this series will be released, because the production of the One Piece live-action series will take a long time, because they have to build a set as closely as possible to the comic version. So, please be patient, guys!
