This NPC serves as a means of buying and selling between other players. So here you can buy items from other players or sell your own. Conditions for items that can be sold are items that have the Diamond symbol.

This NPC function is only to see your Clan status only. This NPC is quite useless, because to see Clan just already in the features of each character.
