At certain events, Genshin Impact often shares redeem codes for you. However, for the special release of version 3.1, Genshin Impact is again sharing a special redeem code containing primogems. It’s different from live streaming.

- Click Settings (Gear image)
- Select Accounts
- Click Redeem Now
- Paste the redeem code above
- Claim the prize in the mail (As seen in the image below)
