Balmond is still one of the best heroes for Secure Lord, but with many meta changes, Balmond is no longer the best because now there are many counters.

Aamon Hero Assassin
It’s true that the hero is Aamon who is currently popular, especially for the Indonesian MPL scene.
This hero does look weak to last long in the Lord but with his deadly Ultimate with a full stack of Lords it can be secured quickly.
You don’t need to be afraid of being stolen because the combination between Ultimate Aamon and Retribution actually hurts more than the combo Ultimate and Retri Balmond.
This has been proven by jungler Geek Fam Janaaqt when dealing with EVOS Legends.
With Lord’s blood remaining around 5500 he succeeded in securing it and there was no chance for the opponent to steal because the Retribution damage at level 15 was only 2580.
So, there are around 3000 damage that can be generated from Ultimate Aamon Mobile Legends when it’s full stack. You can use that as a weapon for the secure Lord.
You are recommended to use this Assassin jungler hero to get the Lord more definitely.
But keep in mind that secure Lord alone doesn’t mean you get victory, you need to maximize the laning phase, teamfight and turret objectives.
