Uranus is an Effective Counter According to Oura

It can be seen that this hero is indeed very strong when by one against Fredrinn. Fredrinn with his combo was unable to fight because Uranus’s regen was very large and could not be stopped easily with Fredrinn’s combo.
Indeed, both of them are heroes who rely on regen, but Uranus himself has greater damage thanks to his passive where when his 1st skill is continuously hit it will provide a stack that makes his attacks stronger.
Mobility is Uranus’ advantage against Fredrinn who is not a strong hero for cutting lanes because his short skills are different from Uranus who can move easily with his skills.
