The August 2023 Mobile Legends Starlight skin will definitely belong to Vexana after Moonton released a teaser for all the rewards later.
Even though it’s not a tier S hero because other Midlaners are more desirable, this hero is indeed suitable for Starlight skins because they are usually themed and have different skill effects.
Vexana had gotten a revamp and changed all of his skills for the better, but it seems that Moonton thought it was too OP so he got constantly nerfed until finally it was rarely used.

Aside from Vexana as the new skin, of course, as usual, there will be 4 other Starlight skins that you can buy if you don’t want to buy Vexana’s latest skin.
