How to Get Detected Steam Library on Steam

Sometimes someone puts the steam library on a local disk other than C, for example D. So if we reinstall the computer/laptop, we automatically have to re-enter (register, detect, etc.) the steam library manually so that it is detected on the new Steam. installed. That’s the short explanation, so here’s how to enter it.

Steps:

1. Open steam that was just installed/old
2. Click “View” then select “Settings”
3. Click the “Downloads” tab, then on the label “Content Libraries” click “Steam Library Folders”

4. Select “Add Library Folder”, then find your “Steam Library” folder that you want to add to Steam so that it is detected (Because after reinstalling / something else)
5. After meeting, click then select “Select” – “Close” – “Ok”

6. Done, your Steam Library has been detected on Steam without the need to re-download the games stored in it!

Notes:
1. Re-explanation, as a result of reinstalling/the like, those whose Steam is stored in C or the System Disk must install Steam again, and because the Steam Library is not in C, the Steam that has just been installed cannot detect your old Steam Library, so from This method is intended so that Steam Library can be detected by Steam again without having to re-download your old/stored games.
2. This method can also work for those of you whose Steam Library is not detected on Steam
