How to make an Android cellphone as a modem
Using Android as a modem is the most economical way than buying a modem that costs hundreds but doesn’t run smoothly. The network that the laptop will use will also be adjusted to the network that can be accepted by the Android, so nothing will change in the internet speed.
Material :
1. Android mobile device
2. USB cable that supports computers (preferably using HP’s default USB)
3. Make sure your Smartphone has an internet package that can be used.
Steps:
1. Connect the android phone to the PC/computer using the default data cable.
2. After it is read by the computer, there will be a notification that the USB has been connected.
3. Select the Wireless & Network option then More…
4. Another option will appear, select Tethering & Portable hotspot.
5. Now, if the USB is connected successfully, the USB tethering option will appear.
6. Activate the option by ticking (press in the box)
7. Done, enjoy surfing the internet with your laptop.
