How to Overcome a Black Screen at StartUp on All Types of Windows

When you turn on the laptop and have reached startup but the screen is still black and only the cursor appears? this is caused by a virus that makes explorer.exe stop/not run normally, so the way to restore it is to run explorer.exe manually. To return to what it used to be, there is only one way, namely to reinstall Windows or if you don’t want to reinstall Windows, then you have to do this method continuously when you turn on the laptop.

Steps to do:

1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del/Delete
2. Click Task Manager

3. Click on the words “File” then “Run New Task”

4. Select Browse then look for explorer.exe, if you don’t know where this is I will give the explorer.exe location: C:\Windows\explorer.exe then click “Open” then “Ok”

5. Then explorer.exe will start running again, for a solution so that it doesn’t repeat this continuously, is to reinstall Windows.
