How to Overcome a Jammed/Failed Download Process on UC Browser

Augustbe now my friends are looking for information on how to deal with downloads on the UC browser which sometimes get stuck or even fail. This rarely happens, but sometimes it happens to users, including myself.

UC Browser is quite famous for its download manager system. What makes UC Browser an advantage in my opinion is its good download manager facility and being able to download a file, whether it’s pictures, videos, applications, to music. The features themselves are very diverse, for example, we can pause and resume the download process, there is a feature that displays the download speed, and what’s even more interesting is that there is a feature where the download process will be accelerated.

However, there are also problems that are common to users, though rare.

Usually this starts when we download a very large file, and at that time the signal is weak. You don’t need to worry, usually UC Browser will resume the download process when the connection is a bit fast.

However, in some cases, we have waited for hours, but the download process has not continued. For this reason, on this occasion Davar Pedia will provide a tutorial on how to deal with a failed or stuck download process on UC Browser. For more, you can see as follows.

How to Overcome a Jammed or Failed Download Process on UC Browser

1. Open the file manager then open the storage area from Uc Browser. Usually found in Internal Memory>>UC Downloads or in External Memory>>UC Downloads. To be sure, please open one by one from the two folders.

2. Next, please move the download file and its supporting files in format (.dltemp) or (.cfg) at the same time to any folder, which is important for you to remember.

Example :

download filename “naruto.mp4”

supporting file name “naruto.mp4.dltemp”

3. If so, please reopen the UC Browser application, and then delete the download process. Then download the file again with the url address that was exactly the same as the previous download. *Don’t be afraid of files that were deleted

4. Then when the download process is already underway, after that you pause the download process.

5. Exit UC Browser, then open the UC Browser file storage in the file manager the same as before, and then delete the file you just paused earlier (the new file).

6. Next, open the old download file (downloaded for the first time), copy the download file from that folder, then paste it in the UC Browser storage folder in Internal Memory>>UC Downloads / External Memory>>UC Downloads. * If there is a notification, select replace or just overwrite it.

7. Finally, you can resume the download process on the UC Browser that failed earlier without having to start over from the beginning.

That was an explanation of how to deal with stalled or failed downloads on UC Browser. Hopefully useful for friends. If there are things that are not clear, please convey them in the comments column below.
