How to Reinstall Windows With a FlashDisk
How to reinstall via flash disk is relatively easy, what is difficult is explaining it. Because the Bios of laptops/computers is different, so don’t completely follow the method below. It’s good if you can draw conclusions and then apply them to your laptop bios.
Materials for Re-Install:
1. Windows ISO files (Vista, XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10), you can download the ISO files anywhere
2. Rufus, download it at Rufus Ofc
3. Flash Disk Minimum 4 GB, more recommended 8 GB
Material After Reinstall:
1. Microsoft .NET Framework (For Windows 10 there is no need because it already exists)
2. Microsoft Visual C++
3. Easy Driver Pack, or you can use Driver Pack. (If you can find your own driver then there is no need to download this app)
4. Activator, Windows Loader for Win 7, and KMS Pico for Win 8/8.1 & 10. (If you don’t have a license and want to keep your windows permanent)
Steps:
1. Prepare the Flashdisk and the Flashdisk plug on the Laptop/PC.
2. Next, open the Rufus software that has been downloaded.
3. Click “Select” then a new view will open to find the ISO file.
4. Find the ISO file that you downloaded, click the ISO file then click “Open”.
5. In “Partition Scheme” and “Target System”, adjust to your laptop/computer, to find out about these two options, just search on Google with “How to Check MBR/GPT” and “How to Check BIOS Legacy/UEFI”. If you don’t know how and don’t want to be complicated, just leave it like that, you don’t need to change it.
6. If everything feels right, click the “Start” button and there will be a notification that all data on the Flashdisk will be deleted, select “Yes”.
8. If it’s finished, then the next step is restarting the laptop/pc, then entering the BIOS. If you don’t know how to enter bios, search on Google “How to Enter Laptop Bios . . . .”, for computers it usually says what button to enter bios, if there’s no information you can search on Google according to your mobo brand.
9. Enter the Boot section, then change the top Boot or First Boot or First Boot or Boot Option #1 to USB or to the flashdisk brand or Removable Disk.
10. Save then exit from Bios, it will automatically ask “Press Any Key To Boot From USB…”, when this appears then press any key on the keyboard. Wait a few seconds then it will start to enter the Windows installer.
11. Windows installation will appear, adjust “Language, Time, and Keyboard” then click “Next” then click “Install Now”.
12. Wait a few seconds, if asked to enter the license key, just click “I Don’t Have…”.
13. Then 2 options will appear, select the “Custom” one.
14. Then select Drive to put the System file, if you want to put it on C you need to remember your “Total Size & Free Space” driver C, but if you only have 1 drive then you don’t need to be confused.
15. Click on the driver you want to put the windows system files, then click “Format” to clean up the old windows files.
16. After the format is complete, just click “Next”, and wait until the Windows installation process is complete, not only about 10 – 20 minutes.
17. If everything is finished, it will automatically restart your laptop/pc, leave it alone because after this it will start setting up the “Services” windows for a few minutes and will restart again.
18. After that, you will start setting up windows settings, starting from here you will do it starting from entering your name, password, settings, and so on.
19. After all is done, and arrive at the Desktop display, the installation process is complete.
Notes:
1. Use the activator to make Windows and Microsoft Office permanent
2. Start installing the necessary drivers so that your laptop/pc can work optimally
