According to the official website, currently Valorant can be played with various specifications. However, there are hardware requirements that must be met before you can download.
Players can download the full Valorant game, which is available between 16GB and 20GB. So, you need at least 20GB of available storage in the storage space.

Minimum specs (30 FPS):
- CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 (Intel) or Athlon 200GE (AMD)
- GPU: Intel HD 4000 or Radeon R5 200
Recommended specs (60 FPS):
- CPU: i3-4150 (Intel) or Ryzen 3 1200 (AMD)
- GPU: Geforce GT 730 or Radeon R7 240
High specs (144+ FPS)
- CPU: i5-9400F 2.90GHz (Intel) or Ryzen 5 2600X (AMD)

However, according to a leak from a leaker @ValorLeaks, Windows 10 versions below 1709 will no longer be able to play Valorant starting August 24, 2023. He said that Riot’s anti-cheat tool, Vanguard, is not supported on Windows versions 1709 and below.
This is done as a measure to eradicate cheats, because cheaters are often caught using old OS versions. So for the sake of game security, only players who have OS on it can still play smoothly.
So, for players who have OS at version 1709 or below, it is advisable to immediately update the OS via Windows Update or the official website.
