Crysis Remastered finally has its first trailer
Fans of the shooter game from Crytek and Electronic Arts have some very exciting news. Their favorite game, Crysis, has reportedly received a remastering and will be released on the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch platforms.
Even happier, the developer has now released the first trailer for Crysis Remastered via their social media and Youtube. Then how about the quality of this updated game. Come check out the video below.
Crysis Remastered Trailer Teaser
Teaser is indeed a suitable word to describe the video that was first uploaded on Youtube Crysis for more than six years. The half-minute clip opens with comments from old-school Crysis players asking if there will be a remastered version.
Then, the video changes to follow the protagonist Nomad wearing the series’ nanosuit. Then, the faint sound of the radio saying “it looks like you’re back online.”
The news about the remastering of this game leaked a while ago online. From the news, we know that this game will be released on multiple platforms, including Nintendo. Unfortunately, the developer didn’t tell us when this game could be played. At the end of the video, we only see that this Crysis Remastered was created using Crytek’s Cryengine.
Making the Next Crysis Game
With the arrival of the Crysis Remastered game in the near future, it seems that there will be a new game. Crytek itself has just opened a job vacancy which it describes as “AAA title has not been announced”. Although the release date has not been announced, but it will most likely be adjusted to the next-gen.
As we know, 2022 has been the best year for remastered games including Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Resident Evil 3 Remake, to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX. With the announcement of Crysis Remastered, game development is now even better for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles.
In the midst of the current situation, we just need to wait for more details from the developer or publisher.
