Halo: Combat Evolved Opens Beta Period In January 2022

343 Industries which is the developer of HALO confirmed in a blog post that Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, the first remake of 343 Industries made in 2011, is the next game project to be released on PC.
Halo: Combat Evolved Unlock Beta Period
343 Industries plans to bring the PC version of Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary to beta in January 2022. Halo: Combat Evolved is the first game released in the Halo franchise, and in this Anniversary edition it is the first game developed by 343 Industries after being released by Bungie. .
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary was first released in 2001 on the Xbox 360 and was later shipped to Xbox One as part of The Master Chief Collection. Halo: Reach is the first game to be released in The Master Chief Collection.
This will be followed by Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, then Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3: ODST Campaign, and finally Halo 4. The developer, 343 Industries, hopes that each game will be available for PC in 2022.

343 Industries said it would provide a ‘banhammer’ on the grounds of creating a positive, fair and safe experience. They also prohibit players from doing the following:

- Coordinated XP Boosting
- Firefight Suicides
