Plunder Mode Will Return to Call of Duty: Warzone
In the past, Call of Duty: Warzone controversially removed the much-loved Plunder mode. Of course, the decision given by Infinity Ward really disappointed the fans of this battle royale. The developer’s efforts to introduce a replacement for the mode with Warzone Rumble were not well received by players.
Due to a lot of complaints from fans, Infinity Ward has publicly confirmed the return of the fan-favorite mode. Call of Duty: Warzone will return to mode Plunder on Thursday 18th June. This announcement certainly makes fans happy, as we know that this mode is getting a lot of positive reviews and is becoming a fan favorite.
Plunder Mode Will Come Slightly Different
Plunder mode this time is a bit different from the previous one. Plunder mode this time comes with the Blood Money variant, which means more action will be presented in this new version of the mode. Even though it’s not the basic version, this is enough to make fans of this mode feel like playing again in Plunder mode.
Rumble Mode, which replaced Plunder previously, received a lot of negative reviews from fans. Many fans do not accept the developer replacing the favorite mode with a mode that is considered very unpleasant. This is indeed the pure fault of the developer who previously did not anticipate something like this would happen.
Developers tend to add new content and replace popular content
Warzone Rumble gets a special reason why it’s not liked by fans. The reason is none other than because Rumble was used as a replacement for Plunder, so fans expressed frustration by giving negative reviews for this mode. What fans do often annoys fans, this is not the first time, this has happened before in Modern Warfare.
It is not strange for Infinity Ward, they do tend to add new content by replacing popular content. It happened in Warzone and Modern Warfare that has resulted in fans rejecting the new content. It’s still unknown what the reason for the developer did this, hopefully in the future the developer will have some consideration first.
