When playing Grand Theft Auto V (GTA5), I very often encounter such a problem shutter, lag, Missing Texture, and so forth. (Usually, a classic problem that is often experienced by Low End PC Users)
For those of you who have the same problem as me, don’t be sad! This is precisely the challenge!
When you have encountered so many problems, it is actually at that stage that will require you to think hard, keep learning (overcoming problems) which will actually educate you in the future. (the more advanced)
Because later you will get used to dealing with various problems around the world of technology (PCs/Laptops) the. (at least, have experienced)

Because the solution that I will provide this time is quite simple, therefore please understand if the solution that I will provide below later is too “basic / newbieor many people already know.

This is a simple solution, please read carefully.
1. Update your Windows OS Driver!
Latest Driver Update for VGA PC/Laptop which you are currently using. If you use amdit is recommended to download directly on the official AMD website, while for users NVIDIAplease download the driver on the official NVIDIA website.
2. Turn off the self radio feature!
If it’s still shutter & lag, try turning it off Self Radio feature in your Grand Theft Auto V game. This feature is really fun, but it doesn’t rule out the possibility that it will affect the performance of your PC/Laptop.
Especially on PC / Laptop Low Spec.
3. Disable shadow, particle, lower resolution, etc…
Disable Shadow, the method is to go to My Documents –> Rockstar –> GTA V –> right click settings, open using notepad –> change the ShadowQuality value to “0” –> Save.

4. Reduce applications that are active in the background!
I say many times, reduce unnecessary applications that are active in the background. Lots of users PCs/Laptops who complain because their computer gaming performance is very slow.
Even though after investigating, there are lots of unnecessary applications with frills “Booster, Faster, Cleaner, etc” is always active in the background which will actually burden the system.
So please reduce unnecessary apps that are active in the background. Just leave 1 application that “always on”, that is, antivirals.
That’s enough. (for me)
5. Pray and do good fellow low spec users!
Do good to everyone (in certain cases), then the kindness itself will come to you. (cause and effect)
For this one, you may follow it or not.
The choice is yours.
Conclusion…
So the conclusion this time is, there are many ways”simple” in order to overcome various problems that exist in the Grand Theft Auto V PC game. One of the problems I mean is Shutters & LAGs!
Although the method above will not affect it significantly. However, it would be better if you know the points above too. (may affect performance, even slightly)
Want a significant change? Buy new hardware!
