Captain Tsubasa's New Character Rise of New Champions
Since it was announced three months ago, Bandai Namco doesn’t seem to want to share about their newest game, Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions. This is much different from some other Bandai Namco games which get much more intense promotions.
After previously Bandai Namco showed how the gameplay of their latest game. Where in the gameplay Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions comes with a “new hero episode” mode. With this mode, you can create characters according to your wishes.

From the gameplay video shared by the developer, the video shows how the iconic battle of the Tsubasa Ozora – Nankatsu team and the Kojiro Hyuga – Toho team. If you are a fan of the anime, you will be presented with iconic actions that will certainly make you feel nostalgic.
Just like the anime, Tsubasa and other characters can release the deadly kick of the anime, complete with special effects. In addition to kicks, the characters can also show interesting techniques and movements, such as when passing enemies, capturing the ball, to guarding the goal.
Introducing Some New Players
It’s been a few months since it was first announced three months ago. The developer recently showed several new players who will later be present in Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions.
Through a tweet on its official Twitter account, Bandai Namco showed the goalkeeper and captain of the Italian national team, namely Gino Hernandez. The developer also showed the form of one of the characters who did not appear in the manga, namely Leonardo Rusciano who also came from Italy.
In addition, Bandai Namco also shows the captain of the Uruguay national team, namely Ramon Victorino and the English defender, Robson, who has no name at all during the anime and manga series.
Until now Bandai Namco has not shared any further information regarding the release schedule of Captain Tsubasa Rise of New Champions. Bandai Namco only said that the game will be released in 2022 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
